2. What data this site collects

None when you merely visit. This website sets no cookies, integrates no analytics tools and loads no fonts, maps or videos from external servers. All images, videos and fonts come from its own server. That is why there is no cookie banner here either — there is nothing to consent to.

3. Server logs

The hosting provider (Strato AG, Berlin) automatically stores technical details when a page is requested, such as date, time, the requested file and IP address. This data serves exclusively for secure operation.

4. Contacting me by e-mail

If you write to me, I use your details exclusively to process your inquiry. They are not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

5. Contact form and file attachment

You can write me a message through the contact form and optionally attach a file. In doing so you transmit your name, e-mail address, topic, message and, if applicable, the attachment. The form forwards this information to me as an e-mail (via the mail server of Strato AG). It is not stored on this website; there is neither a database nor cookies.

For the Prize Challenge you send me a .fit file of your ride. Such files can contain location data (route) and health data (e.g. heart rate). I use the file exclusively to verify the riding time, do not pass it on and delete it as soon as the verification is complete. By submitting you consent to this use (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an e-mail to the address given above is sufficient.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object.

7. Right to lodge a complaint
