Sometimes people ask me about the kind of training we do, about nutrition, or for tips on what to buy. Every now and then a small discussion comes up about how differently people experience training stimuli. That motivated me to start this little web project – so that, in one place, everyone who is interested can find information and inspiration around our shared group fitness experience. That is all this site sets out to do – no more, no less.
The posts on this site reflect personal experience and general information about sports and training. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are starting a training program or have symptoms, please seek medical advice first.
Where I can't or may not answer myself, I point to a few carefully selected YouTube videos under the “Beyond Fitness” menu item. I know there are countless little advice videos online, and I deliberately try to set myself apart from them: I only recommend links to highly reputable sources whose content is also scientifically sound. (Please note: the videos and PDFs are in German.)
